1. Our Commitment

DAH Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C., trading as Davies & Harrison, is committed to ensuring that our website at daviesandharrison.com and our investment platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.

We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our services and interact with our digital platforms with ease, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

2. Accessibility Standard

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility and cover a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible.

The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which took effect in June 2025, requires digital services offered to European consumers to meet accessibility standards. As Davies & Harrison serves an international audience including European buyers, we recognise our responsibility to meet these requirements.

3. Measures We Are Taking

To improve accessibility across our digital platforms, we are taking the following steps:

  • Conducting periodic accessibility audits of our website and investment platform using automated tools (such as Google Lighthouse, WAVE, and axe DevTools) and manual testing

  • Ensuring that all images include descriptive alternative text

  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and background elements

  • Providing clear and descriptive labels for all form fields and interactive elements

  • Supporting keyboard navigation so that all interactive features can be accessed without a mouse

  • Ensuring compatibility with common screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Training our team on accessibility best practices

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of the site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations may include:

  • Some third-party embedded content (such as the newsletter signup form) may not be fully accessible, as these are controlled by external providers

  • Certain PDF documents or downloadable brochures may not be fully screen-reader compatible

  • Some older content may not yet meet current accessibility standards

We are actively working to identify and address these issues. As we conduct audits and receive feedback, we will prioritise fixes and update this statement accordingly.
