## 1\. Our Commitment

**DAH Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C.**, trading as **Davies & Harrison**, is committed to ensuring that our website at daviesandharrison.com and our investment platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.

The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which took effect in June 2025, requires digital services offered to European consumers to meet accessibility standards. As Davies & Harrison serves an international audience including European buyers, we recognise our responsibility to meet these requirements.

To improve accessibility across our digital platforms, we are taking the following steps:

-   Maintaining sufficient colour contrast ratios between text and background elements
    
-   Providing clear and descriptive labels for all form fields and interactive elements
    
-   Supporting keyboard navigation so that all interactive features can be accessed without a mouse
    
-   Ensuring compatibility with common screen readers and assistive technologies
    
-   Training our team on accessibility best practices
    

## 4\. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of the site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations may include:

-   Some third-party embedded content (such as the newsletter signup form) may not be fully accessible, as these are controlled by external providers
    
-   Certain PDF documents or downloadable brochures may not be fully screen-reader compatible
    
-   Some older content may not yet meet current accessibility standards
    

We are actively working to identify and address these issues. As we conduct audits and receive feedback, we will prioritise fixes and update this statement accordingly.
